<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device keeping fuel injection pulse width actually given to a fuel injection valve not less than minimum injection pulse width per one cylinder even if operated value of fuel injection pulse width given to the fuel injection valve gets less than the minimum injection pulse width per one cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel supply device for multiple cylinder engine provided with a high pressure fuel pump 11 driven by an actuator 12 and delivering high pressure fuel, and fuel injection valves 31A-31D supplying high pressure fuel from the high pressure fuel pump to the engine at predetermined fuel injection timing with an interval of predetermined fuel injection pulse width, is provided with a means 41 operating fuel injection pulse width given to the fuel injection valves 31A-31D, a means 41 making fuel injection of part of cylinders pause when the operated fuel injection pulse width is less then the minimum injection pulse width per one cylinder, and a means 41 increasing fuel injection pulse width of the injection cylinder when the operated fuel injection pulse is less than the minimum injection pulse width per one cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
