<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hidden image laminate having a stable quality by utilizing transparency and birefringence of a transparent and birefringent substrate in light of such a problem in the conventional method that the mass-production of stable products is difficult because it is necessary to partially change the alignment direction of liquid crystal or to break the birefringence by a physical stimulus in order to pattern the latent image, to provide an authenticity judging method and a latent image form using the hidden image laminate, to provide a latent image sticker using the latent image form, to provide a latent image medium using the latent image sticker and to provide a latent image package comprising the latent image form. <P>SOLUTION: The hidden image laminate has a metal latent image layer on the surface of the birefringent transparent substrate and has a background metal layer on the back surface of the substrate.
