<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a household account book. <P>SOLUTION: Such information relating to payment (called payment information) as the article name of merchandise, price (amount), purchase date, store name, address and telephone number is printed on a receipt 2, and a two-dimensional code 2A incorporating information including the payment information is also printed. A portable terminal 3 is a compact device having a camera 11 such as a mobile phone or PDA.
