<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method quantitatively detecting presence of a recombinant product in a processed sample (particularly processed food or processed feed prepared by using a gene-recombinant soybeans as a raw material) such as processed food or processed feed and to provide a nucleic acid molecule (primer, probe and standard molecule) used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: As a method for quantitatively detecting a ratio of a gene-recombinant product contained in a test soybean sample by using a polymerase chain reaction, a pair of nucleic acid primers composed of an oligonucleotide of a specific base sequence containing a new base sequence is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
