PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately dispense liquid drops of a reagent, a sample liquid, or their mixture, by a prescribed amount while speeding up dispensation, as to a chemical analyzer of an EWOD system. SOLUTION: In this dispenser, a first substrate 23 with a common electrode disposed on its surface and a second electrode 21 with a drive electrode line 129 disposed on its surface are disposed substantially in parallel with their electrode surfaces directed inward. A nozzle 131 capable of liquid supply is inserted into a hole 531 formed in the first substrate. As to the electrode line disposed on the second substrate, the peripheral shape of an electrode 51 closest to the nozzle has a smooth curve part directed toward a hole for the nozzle.
