PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted device capable of enabling the operation of a particular input means without releasing a locked state under condition that the input means for operating various devices is locked. SOLUTION: This vehicle-mounted device 1 comprises a control unit 2 controlling the entire device, a navigation system 3 constituted by a map database comprising a GPS receiver receiving electric waves from an artificial satellite, a CD-ROM storing the map information, its reading device and the like, a television receiving unit 4 receiving television broadcasting, a radio receiving unit 5 receiving broadcasting waves of AM/FM, a CD/MD player 6 reproducing CD/MD, a display unit 7 constituted by a liquid crystal and the like for displaying television videos and map information based on switch signals from the control unit 2, and a voice output unit 8 outputting sound data from a loudspeaker based on the switch signals from the control unit 2.
