<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile apparatus provided with an information display screen, such as a digital camera, wherein various instructions can be entered through operations of a contact type pointing device, such as a touch panel so as to decrease the number of operating members and enhance operability. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal monitor for displaying a through-image or the like is arranged on the back side of a camera body 12 of the digital camera 10, and the touch panel 18 is provided to the front side of the camera body 12.
