PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage event logs of various OA apparatuses and to prevent leakage of document information caused by spoofing. SOLUTION: Event log information (image information etc. during copying documents) of OA apparatuses is collected, made into a database, and integrally managed by a satellite server 5 connected to the OA apparatus such as a MFP 1 in an office. When event log information output from the MFP 1 meets a prescribed condition, the satellite server 5 transmits information for instructing, for example, a network camera 3 to photograph the periphery of the MFP 1. Image information of the periphery of the MFP, which is photographed by the network camera 3, is registered in the database in association with event log information of the MFP 1.
