PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap with a built-in antenna capable of improving the reception sensitivity of a portable electronic device. SOLUTION: This strap with a built-in antenna is provided with a strap body 2 having a strap portion formed in a circle by binding portions near both ends of a hollow string and the circle being formed so as to have a size enough to be hung from the neck of a human body; an external antenna 3 formed so as to have dipole antennas 3b, 3c arranged in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the strap portion and a parasitic element 3d arranged in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the dipole antennas 3b, 3c spaced with only a desired distance D1 from the dipole antennas 3b, 3c, on a flexible insulation substrate 3a arranged inside the strap portion; and a feeder line 5a and a ground line 5b connected to the portable electronic device.
