PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen device and a screen system capable of securing planarity of a screen that forms an image projection plane at all times with easy handling and portability. SOLUTION: The screen device and its system comprise a generally rectangular screen forming an image projection plane, a storage where the screen is rolled up in the predetermined direction and stored, a first frame which links and supports points adjacent to the diagonally opposing vertexes of the screen in a freely retractable manner, and a second frame which links and supports points adjacent to the diagonally opposing vertexes of the screen different from the vertexes of the first frame, in a freely retractable manner. The first and second frames are arranged so that they freely rotate about their gravity centers on a plane in parallel with the screen when the screen is spread or stored.
