PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a panel for information display capable of performing a packing step for uniformly and efficiently packing display mediums in substrates in a short tact time. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the panel for information display wherein one or more kinds of display mediums are transferred to display information by applying an electric field to the display mediums encapsulated between the two substrates at least one of which is transparent and which are opposed to each other and constituted of one or more kinds of particles, a white display medium 3W and a black display medium 3B are placed on a mesh member 12 which is disposed at a lower part of conveying rolls 11a and 11b conveying a substrate 1 and in which holes smaller than the particle diameter of the display mediums are formed, an air jetting device 13 disposed at a lower part of the mesh member 12 and jetting air upward is activated while the substrate 1 is conveyed by the conveying rolls 11a and 11b and the white display medium 3W and the black display medium 3B on the mesh member 12 are transferred toward the substrate 1 and made to uniformly adhere to the substrate 1, in the display medium packing step.
