PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mounting ease of a vehicle seat by solving the conventional problem that the side with seat cushion and the side with rail rotate round the respective spindles before the seat is fixed to the vehicle body. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 30 is configured so that a seat side bracket 72 is mounted on the seat cushion 32 and on this seat side bracket 72, a body side bracket 75 is mounted rotatably through a bushing 73 using bolts 74, wherein the bushing 73 is furnished with projections 106 which are crushed between the two brackets 72 and 75 at the initial stage of fastening the bolt 74 so that fastening the bolt 74 can be established while friction is given between the two brackets 72 and 75, and which can reduce the friction owing to shaving naturally when one of the brackets 72 and 75 is fixed and the other is rotated.
