PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method for a sample which enables a reduction in the effect of a substance other than a measuring target such as impurities or the like contained in a reagent and enabling analysis enhanced in sensitivity and selectivity. SOLUTION: In the analyzing method for the sample, a spacer molecule having electrical response different from that of the substance other than the measuring target such as impurities or the like contained in the ligand and the reagent is added and a DC electric field is applied before an AC electric field is applied not only to reduce the effect of the substance other than the measuring target such as impurities or the like contained in the reagent but also to concentrate the ligand to make it possible to provide a measuring instrument of high sensitivity.
