PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survey system which eliminates any worry of misidentifying a lot line point. SOLUTION: The survey system comprises; a lot line pile 1 in which readable identification information is recorded; a surveying pole 3 which is equipped with a pile sorting means 2 for reading the identification information and recording it; a total station 4 which turns toward the surveying pole 3, measures a relative positional relation between a control point and a point where the lot line pile 1 is driven in, and generates measurement information; a data collector 9 which is equipped with a lot graphic information inputting means 5 for registering the positional relation of the lot line point having the identification information, an identification information inputting means 6 for inputting the identification information, a measurement information inputting means 7 for inputting the measurement information form the total station 4, and a memory means 8 for storing them; and an arithmetic means 10 which derives lot measurement information based on the measurement information, the identification information and the lot graphic information.
