PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of measurement errors by suppressing the phenomenon of the reflection of electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: A probe 30 constituting part of this electromagnetic field measuring system has both a probe main body 40 and a radio wave absorber 110. The probe main body 40 is provided with a head part 41, a pipe part 42, and a box part 43. The pipe part 42 and the box part 43 are covered with the radio wave absorber 110. The radio wave absorber 110 has an approximately circular truncated conical spreading from the side of the head part 41 to the side of the box part 43. When the tapered radio wave absorber 110 made of urethane having a uniform concentration of carbon is viewed from the side of the head part 41 of the probe main body 40, the concentration of carbon varies in the radial direction of the radio wave absorber 110. Since the radio wave absorber 110 absorbs wide-band radio waves, it is possible to suppress the phenomenon of the reflection of electromagnetic waves to be measured by the probe main body 40.
