PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-humidity cold insulation shed for storing a plant including natural flowers, fruits and vegetables, and perishable foodstuffs other than those, under a condition of low temperature and high humidity, and a cooling humidifier for manufacturing air of low temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: This high-humidity cold insulation shed 10 is provided with a sealed container 17 for storing storage objects A comprising one, two or more out of the plant including natural flowers, the fruits and vegetables, and the perishable foodstuffs other than those, a refrigerant pipe 31 arranged inside the sealed container 17, a cooling means 35 provided with a refrigerating machine 34 arranged outside the sealed container 17 to supply a refrigerant to the refrigerant pipe 31, a humidifying means 48 for supplying moisture into the sealed container 17 to humidify an inside of the sealed container 17, and an air circulation means 50 for circulating air in the sealed container 17, and a periphery of the refrigerant pipe 31 is covered with a woven fabric or non-woven fabric 30 made of metal or comprising a substance of excellent heat conductivity.
