A STEAM COOKING APPARATUS AND METHOD TO ALARM THE HIGH TEMPERATURE DOOR THEREOF

A steam cooking apparatus and an alarm method of a high temperature door thereof are provided to prevent a user from holding the hot door by turning on a warning lamp in heating temperature of the door. A cooking chamber temperature sensor measures temperature of a cooking chamber in cooking food(70). Measured temperature of the cooking chamber is compared with the first reference temperature(72), and an warning lamp is blinked by detecting temperature of a door to be more than the second reference temperature in case that the temperature of the cooking chamber is over the first reference temperature(74). The end of cooking is decided in case that the temperature of the cooking chamber is less than the first reference temperature(76). The cycle is finished in finishing cooking, and temperature of the cooking chamber is measured in not finishing cooking.
