A system and a method for offering a facility asset management/ASP(Active Server Page) service using an optimized facility management technique are provided to discover/manage abnormality of facility by monitoring and comparing a detail operation status of the facility with an optimal management reference. A monitoring/controlling server(12-1) automatically performs control/management for an optimal operation condition by determining an optimal operation of each facility while monitoring/controlling the operation status of the facility and components of the facility through each measurer, controller, and sensor. A monitoring control database is controlled by the monitoring/controlling server to manage the optimal operation reference information and operation records of each facility by storing the optimal operation reference information of each facility in a monitoring/control database(13). An ASP service server(10) registers each monitoring/controlling server as a member, and provides information for optimal operation management by storing/managing the operation information received from each monitoring/controlling server. |
