摘要 Provided is a method for making a chicken wing processed food, which uses fish eggs as stuffing filled into chicken wings, and allows users to enjoy a unique taste, flavor and eating feel. The method for making a chicken wing processed food comprises the steps of: collecting chicken wings and removing bones from the wings; dipping the chicken wings into brine for 3-4 hours; aging the salted chicken wings at a low temperature; filling fish eggs into the site from which the chicken wing bones are removed; and sealing the chicken wings filled with fish eggs. The brine used in the method may be a saturated salt solution. The aging step is preferably performed at -2 to 4 deg.C until the wing surface is turned into a white color.
