An extrusion molding cement panel formed by extrusion-molding the cement mortar is composed of a plane unit(11); plural partitions(12) vertically projected from one surface of the plane unit and long formed along the extrusion direction; and a pair of shape holding units(13) horizontally formed with the plane unit to connect/support two or three partitions placed at both edges and formed with at least one combining groove. The interval between the partitions mutually connected by the shape holding unit is smaller than the interval between other partitions. An assembly projection(16) and an assembly groove(18) are formed as a shape mutually corresponding to each other at the partitions placed at the both outer sides.
