An apparatus for manufacturing an advertising attachment prevention beautification sheet formed with projections having apexes and a beautification sheet made by the same are provided to improve the productivity of the product by using the roller to form the sharp projections at one surface of the sheet. An apparatus for manufacturing an advertising attachment prevention beautification sheet formed with projections having apexes is composed of a material transfer and sheet formation unit formed with a material injection hopper at one end, and formed with a heating transfer unit for heating/melting the injected material through the hopper and transferring the material to the outlet side and a sheet formation unit formed at the outlet side of the heating transfer unit to discharge the melted material as a panel shape; a projection processing unit for forming plural sharp projections(11) having apexes at one surface of a sheet(10) discharged at the sheet formation unit; a cooling transfer unit comprising plural cooling rollers and guide rollers; a high frequency punch unit mounted at the upper side of the guide roller to be closely contacted; and a cutting unit cutting/discharging the sheet with a predetermined length.
