An apparatus for passing air for an air conditioning apparatus with a filter unit is provided to prevent the occurrence of the gap and prevent the air with impurities from being supplied by fitting the end of the filter unit at the fitting groove unit. An apparatus for passing air for an air conditioning apparatus with a filter unit comprises a case(1) installed with an air path(11) through which the air passes; a filter unit(2) installed in the case to filter the impurities mixed in the air passing through the air path; an opening unit(3) integrally formed at a lower plate(12) and a side plate(13) of the case to be opened; an opening and closing unit(4) mounted to open and close the opening unit; a case projection rod(5) mounted at the other side plate and an upper plate(14) of the case and mounted with a fitting groove unit(51) where the upper part and the other side end of the filter unit are fitted; and an inner projection rod(6) mounted in the opening and closing unit to close the opening and closing unit and installed with another fitting groove unit(61) where the lower part and the one side end of the filter unit are fitted.
