PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet which does so by passing an original sheet 7, which consists of a molten thermoplastic resin continuously supplied/charged from a die 1, between a shaping roll 2 on which an embossed pattern 2a is carved and a pinching/pressing member 3 and by rolling and cooling the original sheet 7 while transferring the embossed pattern 2a of the shaping roll 2 onto the original sheet 7, and to enable to produce the thermoplastic resin sheet having high quality by enhancing the accuracy of the transfer as much as possible. SOLUTION: The device includes a heat source 5 for heating the outer surface of the shaping roll 2 and a reflection means 6 which reflects radiation heat from this heat source 5 and permits the vicinity of the transfer beginning position 8a of the transfer region 8 on the outer surface of the shaping roll 2 to be irradiated and heated.
