PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe with heel that can be injection-molded and provided with good anti-slipping property and a lift that prevents walking noise from occurring. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer containing styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber and wax is used for the material of a lift to be installed on the shoe with heel. The hardness of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer can be reduced while maintaining its anti-abrasion property by mixing styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber into the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. Also by mixing wax into thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer the decomposition temperature of the styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber can be increased above the dissolution temperature when the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is injection-molded to achieve injection-molding of a heel lift of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer containing the styrene-butadiene synthetic rubber.
