<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulin receptor agonist, a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist and an adrenalin β3 receptor agonist, excellent in stability and safety and advantageous in view of their prices, and a preventing and treating agent of obesity and diabetes containing them. <P>SOLUTION: The insulin receptor agonist, glucocorticoid receptor antagonist and adrenalin β3 receptor agonist containing lysophosphatidyl choline and the preventing and treating agent of obesity and diabetes containing them are provided. Further, they are used as compositions for medicines and foods. The lysophosphatidyl choline having a specific chemical structure is much contained in an extract obtained by collecting rice bran (including starchy part) from germinated unpolished rice, treating with hot water to swell starch, standing still for a while, adding ethanol having 50-99.5 mass%, preferably 70-99.5 mass% concentration, concentrating and drying the supernatant of the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
