<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting a calcined shell calcium, which is recognized to be insoluble in water, into an aqueous solution without using a sodium salt and a potassium salt of citric acid and tartaric acid, in converting the calcined shell calcium into an aqueous solution suitable for a usage. <P>SOLUTION: In converting a calcined shell calcium into an aqueous solution, Manda Koso(R), which is a fermented plant composition sold by Manda Hakko, Inc., is used.
