<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical apparatus enhancing the operability and preventing deterioration in photographing quality, the functions of which are automatically switched to functions required for photographing when a video camera is fixed to a tripod or the like and wherein a user can optionally designate whether the user activates the functions. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that a mobile video camera main body 101 is set to the tripod 103 and a tripod attachment / detachment detecting mechanism 301 is activated by way of a pin 302 retractively fitted to an upper part of a tripod screw hole 105 of the mobile video camera main body 101 corresponding to the setting, the optical apparatus automatically selects the photographing functions wherein the user sets to be valid (ON) on a function setting menu 801 among digital zoom setting, an aperture preferential mode, and a self-timer mode, and when the tripod attachment / detachment detecting mechanism 301 is set at OFF, the photographing functions before the tripod 103 is fixed, is automatically restored in the optical apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
