<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of the components of a current-balance transformer, and cut down its mounting area, and further, lower its cost, by making possible the balancing of the four currents flowing through its four loads in spite of a transformer component of a single structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the current-balance transformer, a bobbin having a plurality of winding frames on a single winding axis is used, and coils wound on the respective winding frames of the bobbin and cores are combined with each other. The bobbin 20 has three winding regions divided into each other by two core building-in grooves positioned in its intermediate portion. Also, each winding region has the two winding frames. Further, current dividing winding of a first stage is wound on both the winding frames of a central winding region. Moreover, each pair of current dividing winding of a second stage is wound on both the winding frames of each of the winding regions positioned on both the sides of the central winding region.
