PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data sink capable of receiving a plurality of data broadcasts transmitted from a plurality of broadcasting stations, automatically, thoroughly, and as needed. SOLUTION: The data sink is provided with a receiver (2, 3) for receiving data broadcasts from the broadcasting stations and acquiring a plurality of pieces of information contained in received signals, a memory (5) for storing the acquired plurality of pieces of information, a display (6) for displaying the stored information, and a controller (4) for controlling the selection of receiving frequencies in the receiver (2, 3) and the display of the information in the display (6). This controller (4) performs changeovers of the receiving frequencies in the receiver automatically so that the plurality of broadcasting stations are selected sequentially and continuously, and performs changeovers individually for each area set, according to the distance from a specified spot.
