PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool which does not give a twist to a string member, and a string stopper using the fastener, especially accessories. SOLUTION: This fixing tool includes an outer shell 10 and at least one holding member 20. The outer shell 10 has holes 15, 16 and a hollow part 13. The holes 15, 16 communicate with the hollow part 13 from the outside of the outer shell 10. The holding member 20 has a through hole part 22, is incorporated into the hollow part 13, and has an outline movable in a non-contact condition with the inner wall face of the hollow part 13.
