PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital phasing ultrasonic device having a circuit for subjecting ADC output to serial-to-parallel processing in order to perform the phasing processing of the ultrasonic receiving signal subjected to serializing processing in ADC by a phasing processing circuit. SOLUTION: The digital phasing ultrasonic device is equipped with a plurality of analogue/digital converters for converting the analogue ultrasonic receiving signal to digital signals corresponding to the number of ultrasonic receiving channels and an ultrasonic phasing processing means for subjecting the digital signals to phasing processing and constituted so as to display an ultrasonic image on the basis of the phased signal. The outputs of the analogue/digital converters are the transfers of serial data of two systems or above and the input parts of the ultrasonic phasing processing means, which receive the outputs of the analogue/digital converters, have circuits corresponding to the transfer input of a serial data group of two systems or above.
