PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an intrusion probability of a game ball into a specific area without shooting a lot of useless balls. SOLUTION: When a game ball enters a starting hole, a remaining interval time is subtracted, while a rotor rotates at a high speed, the rotor stops after reaching an original position, and while the rotor is at a rest, the rotor rests at the original position as it is. When the remaining interval time becomes "0", the rotor starts at a regular speed using the original position as a starting position and a variable winning hole is opened synchronously with the starting timing of the rotor. The relative positional relation between the rotor and a big winning hole when the variable winning hole is opened is thus stabilized so as to stabilize the intrusion probability of the game ball into the big winning hole. When no game ball enters the starting hole, the rotor is rotated at the high speed, so that the interval time when the game ball enters the starting hole during the high-speed rotation of the rotor can be set to the minimum time according to the high-speed rotation time of the rotor to suppress the number of uselessly shot balls.
