An epoxy mold insulated multi circuit switch and switchgear for an underground power line is provided to relieve electric field and assure operation safety, by applying a dual injection method of shielding the outside of an insulation layer with a semi-conductive material. An open/close switch part performs a contact point operation. An operation axis is connected to the open/close switch part. A predetermined number of springs apply force to the operation axis. A driving arm is connected to the operation axis. An operation part operates the driving arm. An insulated housing part(31) is formed by being molded with epoxy in order to support and insulate the open/close switch part.
