A scroll compressor having a stator-united frame and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the reliability and the productivity by precluding the alignment of the rotary shaft from being dislocated according to the placement of the connection member. A scroll compressor having a stator-united frame comprises a casing(111) in which a closed receiving space is formed; a rotor(114b) rotatably inserted inside; a stator(114a) fixed in the casing; upper and lower frames(112,113) placed at the upper and lower sides of the stator to rotatably support both ends of a rotary shaft(117) combined at the center of the rotor; and connection members(141,142) placed between the stator and each frame to place and integrally connect the stator and each frame on the same shaft.
