The cover has a cover body (17) with a gripping unit (4) and a fluid product outlet orifice with a flat closing unit (12) in an opening plane. The cover body is adapted for containers (6) with a cylindrical upper portion provided with a fitting crown. A locking unit is arranged on a lower edge forming an annular flange (15) of the cover body (17) to clip the unit to the crown of the container to be covered. The locking unit has an elastic locking bar arm (32) automatically supporting against the annular surface of the crown when the cover is positioned on the container.
