APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SYNTAX ANALYSIS OF ENUMERATION TYPE AND PARALLEL TYPE

A device and a method for parsing enumerated and parallel phrases are provided to reduce structural ambiguity by binding/processing an enumerated type as one unit and prevent a parsing error to be generated in a non-recovered state by performing parsing after recovering an omitted inflected word in the parallel sentence. A phrase unit parser(10) binds the inputted sentence into a phrase unit. An enumerated/parallel sentence recognizer(20) recognizes an enumerated or parallel part from the parsed sentence, and recognizes each range of the discriminated parts. A parallel sentence recovering part(30) recovers the omitted inflected word by recognizing the phrase unit repeated in the recognized parallel part. A sentence structure analyzer(40) analyzes a sentence structure by using a recognizer and recovered result.
