A wood processing method using a brush assembly is provided to improve the replacement performance of the brush unit when the part of the unit is broken and reduce the vibration by mounting the balance hole. A brush assembly comprises a shaft block(10) whose one side is installed with a projected flange(11), other side is formed with a thread(12), and center part is empty to be inserted in the rotary shaft; plural brush units(20) where plural wires are formed with one bristle(20c) and the bristle is arranged like a circle to be restricted at a holder(20a) and inserted in the shaft block; and nuts(30) pressing/fixing the brush units combined/laminated at the thread. The shaft where the brush assembly is mounted is rotated at 5,000~9,000 rpm.
