<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to start videorecording and also easily transmit a videorecording file to a transmission destination by dialing a single telephone number through TV telephoning of a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A videorecording server 300 includes a line terminating function 310 connected to the mobile terminal 100, a videorecording file storing function 320 of performing videorecording and conversion into a file from the mobile terminal 100, a position information managing function 340 of receiving and storing videorecording from the mobile terminal 100, and a transmission destination specifying function 330 of specifying a transmission destination. The videorecording server 300 manages videorecording states of videorecording capacity, time information, position information of the mobile terminal, etc., and a user profile server 200 stores a rule for specifying the transmission destination according to the videorecording states that the videorecording server 300 manages.
