<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC light-emitting device adapted such that the whole of a light-emitting area emits light simultaneously, and also to provide a method of fabricating the light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: An AC light emitting device and the method of fabricating the device include forming one or more AC light emitting modules of micro crystal grains on a substrate, wherein the light emitting module of micro crystal grains has at least two micro crystal grains arranged adjacent to each other, and each micro crystal grain has at least two active layers and is electrically connected to each of the micro crystal grains by a conductive structure so that each of the active layers of each micro crystal grain is alternately emit light in response to positive/negative half cycles of the AC power, thereby achieving the effect that the whole of a light-emitting area emits light simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
