PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of a security service using client to determine to use security service after seeing a monitored result.

SOLUTION: A security service intermediary server 10 receives security service information from a security service providing client 30 and stores it, receives monitoring request from the security service using client 40 and carries out the monitoring using a monitoring camera 50, notifies an abnormality and the security service information to the security service using client 40 when the abnormality occurs, receives a selection of the security service information from the security service using client 40 and transmits it to the security service providing client 30, receives service completion report from the security service providing client 30 and stores the intermediary management information of the service and transmits the service completion to the security service using client 40.
