<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED reflection member capable of properly keeping reflection efficiency in a reflecting surface of an LED light emitter such as a tail lamp installed in an automobile and excelling in visibility and maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of this LED reflection member is characterized by including: a pressing process for forming an assembly member 20 formed by integrally connecting a plurality of doughnut disc-like members 18 each provided with an LED support hole part 14 nearly at its center by stamping a thin strip-like aluminum alloy material; a reflecting mirror part formation process for forming reflecting mirror parts 16 by cutting or grinding each circumference of the LED support hole parts 14 of the formed doughnut disc-like members 18 into a mortar-like shape by reducing its diameter so as to make the upper-side hole diameter larger and the lower-side diameter smaller; a rustproof process for forming a rustproof layer 17 having a predetermined thickness on each reflecting mirror part 16 by an anodic oxide coating formation treatment; and a separation process for making the LED reflection members 10 by separating the doughnut disc-like members 18 from the assembly member 20 processed by the rustproof process on the basis of a single unit or a group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
