PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a leakage current among light emitting elements by a simple composition.

SOLUTION: A device array A is composed of a plurality of light emitting elements U arranged in a planar manner. Each light emitting element U comprises a light emitter 20 composed by the lamination of a plurality of functional layers including a light emitting layer 23 which emits light when a current is applied, and a first wiring 11 (a positive pole) and a second wiring 12 (a negative pole) which face each other while sandwiching the light emitter 20. At least one of the plurality of the functional layers is continuous over a plurality of the light emitting elements U. A shutoff wiring 311 is formed in the space between each light emitting element U and another light emitting element U neighboring it in order to shut off the leakage current between them.
