<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of a volatile organic compound (VOC) generated during construction work. <P>SOLUTION: A VOC treating functional film 20 containing a photocatalyst (titanium dioxide particles, for example) is provided on a sheet 2 for construction work used to prevent scattering of a paint or the like used in the construction work, and of dust and water generated in the work, and to assure good appearance during the work. The harmful VOC generated from the paint, an adhesive agent, etc., are treated by the VOC treating functional film 20. To be more concrete, the sheet 2 comprises a film-like sheet body 10 or a mesh-like sheet body 10 using polymer fibers etc., which is coated with the VOC treating functional film 20 containing the photocatalyst. Alternatively, the sheet 2 may comprise a transparent polymer (tetrafluoroethylene etc.) allowing the solar light, which is needed to activate the photocatalyst (ultraviolet ray), to go through, and the photocatalyst attached and fixed to the transparent polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
