<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, in an operation history data management system adapted to collect operation data of a plant and manage operation history data, a processing form which can response to a retrieval request of operation data from a client terminal without making a user wait more than necessary or affecting other processing of the operation history data management system. <P>SOLUTION: A determination part named a timer processing part 23 is provided in software of the operation history data management device 1, wherein retrieval reservation management information 20 is examined to extract a retrieval request with the highest priority, and retrieval executability thereof is inquired of a CPU load measurement processing part 25, whereby it is determined whether to immediately execute retrieval or to be standby while considering the CPU load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
