PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-snow-falling type roof structure which melts snow before the accumulation of snow without taking down the snow accumulated on the roof. SOLUTION: In a method of executing a snow-melting roof, a snow-stopping part P of a roof material A is fixed to a substrate so that the snow-stopping part P is made in nearly parallel with a ridge of a roof. The roof material A comprises a metal roof material B and a heat-medium retaining sheet C formed at a trough-shaped part 11. Then the metal roof material B is provided with the concave trough-shaped part 11 by forming a male-and-female connection structure on the side end edge in the width direction and by forming the snow-stopping part P rising upward by the male-and-female connection structure.
