PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain resistant film for wallpapers that exhibits excellent adhesion between a substrate layer and an adhesive layer, retains strong adhesive force to the substrate layer even in a high-temperature high-humidity environment, and exhibits high stain resistant properties, antiblocking properties and adhesive properties to a polyvinyl chloride wallpaper, and a wall covering material. SOLUTION: The stain resistant film for wallpapers comprises a substrate layer composed of polypropylene, an anchor coat layer and an adhesive layer in this order, where the anchor coat layer comprises an isocyanate while the adhesive layer comprises at least a polyester polyol/acrylic copolymer, an isocyanate, a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer and wax.
