PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror heater assembly in which a heater is mounted on a back plate without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: The mirror heater assembly used with the vehicle is provided with the back plate 10 formed with at least one slot 12 and formed with at least one projection part 14 in the slot; and the heater 16 having at least one slit 18 and formed such that the slit 18 receives at least one projection part 14 of the back plate 10.
