PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user in accessing files by changing order of folders displayed on the basis of use frequency of stored files when setting a folder of a hierarchical structure to manage the stored files. SOLUTION: The information processor capable of generating folders of hierarchical structure is provided with: a means 109 for counting the number of accesses to the files stored in the generated folder; a means 109 for calculating the number of accesses to the folder storing the files on the basis of the counted number of accesses to the files; a means for storing a table 110 which enters the folder in association with the calculated number of accesses to the folder; and a means 111 for displaying the folder in descending order of the number of accesses to the folder by using the table 110.
