PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly acquire component records matched with extraction conditions even when inputting constant codes in which a resistance value or an electrostatic capacitive value or the like is outlined as the extraction conditions. SOLUTION: When roughly coded constant codes to be extracted are input by an input means, the constant codes are converted into values following a decimal method, and stored as the final determination values of extraction conditions. Also, when acquiring component codes 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>to 1<SB>n</SB>matched with the extraction conditions, constant codes included in component records 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>to 1<SB>n</SB>are converted into values following the decimal method, and the converted values are compared with the final determination values of the extraction conditions. That is, not only the values to be input as the extraction conditions but also the values stored as the constant codes in the component records 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>to 1<SB>n</SB>are converted into the values following the decimal numbers, and the both values are compared so that the component records 1<SB>1</SB>, 1<SB>2</SB>to 1<SB>n</SB>matched with the extraction conditions can be accurately acquired.
