PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of manufacturing a high performance optical device with little positional misalignment between a functional material and a lens. SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of; forming banks 903 which divide an area where biochip reactive agent is arranged; and arranging a liquid lens material 904 in the area divided by the banks 903 and forming the lens 901 laminated with the reactive agent 902.
